NWS must have changed something, because the watches and warnings are being oddly formatted again. All that work wasted. Need to improve formatting so it looks good again. |

Looks like it was probably a temporary issue, and everything seems to be working okay now. Leaving this open but bumping to 0.9. There is still room for improvement. |
