We load the closest NWS radar site, and then if you zoom out we load the US CONUS radar. Works fine for most US locations. Needs some work though:

1) Doesn't work in Hawaii and Alaska (not covered by the CONUS mosaic).
2) Doesn't give you the higher res when you zoom back in.
3) Doesn't let you pan out of the original area.
4) Doesn't let you pan outside of the U.S...maybe we should switch to OWM in some conditions.
5) While we're at it, should we proxy the NWS images like we do with OWM?
