The radar images need to be loaded over a secure URL so as to not throw stupid browser security/mixed content errors. |

Going to have to defer :-( NWS doesn't provide a valid, working HTTPS server! We'll have to proxy through to the NWS data, or grab and cache on the back-end, or something. |

This needs a top-to-bottom evaluation. The system we were using was just a stop-gap. |

This is going to be reimplemented using the Google Maps API. Booyah. |

So close! Just need to work on dealing with OWM's performance issues...if nothing else, by doing some sort of 'loading' graphic on tiles that haven't come up yet. |
