We have a fancy MS Access DB that translates the raw GeoNames location CSV to filter out everything but cities/places, and that will work for now, but we should probably come up with a way to do that automagically. |

Deferring to 0.9. Now that the location db is worldwide, this is even more difficult. |

This is all automatic now. It is a beautiful thing. |
