Neet to support metric measurements -- degrees Celsius, km and km/h, hPa. |

The translations are now supported from all of the US measurements to the equivalent metric ones. The settings system isn't in place yet, but it'll work. All we need to do is flip nnw.vr.opt.meas to C instead of F. |
