Used .htaccess to force the server time zone to UTC (DreamHost was defaulting to PST/PDT), but that didn't do it. There appears to be a bug, either in Mylyn or in Bugzilla, that causes a time zone offset. To resolve it, I have set my prefs to use UTC instead of EST/EDT. That allows it to work, but there is still an issue here that is beyond my control. |
